Basil!

Today I am reminded of basil as my oldest and continuing love in cooking. Italian (sweet) is easy to find in the grocery store, farmers market (adafarmersmarket.com), and garden supply. However, Thai basil is my favorite in a stir fry or non-tomato dish. Recommended pairings are as a topping on soups and salads. Find basil’s benefits below!
